Once your package is packed up in our warehouse, we then hand it off to USPS who will ship it to you according to the delivery speed you choose.
We are honored to have our military customers shop with us. As a reminder, packages sent to overseas APO or DPO addresses are required to go through a military U.S. post office before leaving the country. Only our standard shipping can deliver to overseas APO or DPO addresses. Thank you for your service!
We like to keep international shipping simple at Piece N Quilt. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on items weight and size.
*Due to weight and size a $10 fee is added to all Let's Stitch A Block A Day books and a $20 fee is added to all batting orders.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Occasionally, our international customers have had to pay extra fees for customs, duties and taxes. These extra fees vary widely from country to country. Since we have no control over potential extra charges levied by destination countries, we highly recommend that you research the policies specific to your country. Also, when customs clearance procedures are necessary, delays can be caused that will increase the time it takes to arrive. Although duties and customs are beyond our control, we do shed a tear for those who experience them. Seriously.
Our products may be returned for a store credit within 30 days of original purchase, provided they are unopened and in like-new condition. Return shipping will be at the expense of the buyer. All returned goods must include a copy of the receipt, your e-mail address, shipping address, and phone number. And remember, all purchases that include a sale or discount code are final sale. Thank you for understanding!
Even though most of our products are not susceptible to damage during the shipping process, if you receive damaged items, we will replace them. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org. An identical (when available) replacement item will be sent to the buyer at no additional cost. Sometimes, an item may no longer be available, in which case we will do our best to replace it with a similar item.

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied! We have a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide additional instructions and expedite your return process.
If a product in your order is incorrect, damaged or missing, please contact customer service within 30 days of receipt of the order so that we can work with you to make it right. Unfortunately we will not be able to replace, reship or refund if we’re not notified within those first 30 days.
Piece N Quilt Academy, Classes, Thread Clubs and membership fees are non-refundable and sale items may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
Refunds will be issued once returns are received and processed by us. Refunds will not be given for shipping charges. Refunds for refused or abandoned packages will be at our discretion.
All returns must be in new condition and include all original packaging. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. If an item has been used, it is not eligible to be returned.
Returns of products with Manufacturer Warranties: If you’ve purchased a product that came with a Manufacturer Warranty please follow the instructions included with your product warranty for details on how to proceed for repair or replacement. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns of damaged or malfunctioning warrantied products.
